If I could give Karen more than 10 stars I would. She was so helpful in selling our house. She was so transparent about every step of the process and gave us great advice. She helped come in and decorate it to make it look so beautiful, she pointed out minor fixes to make the listing great, she gave us great recommendations for handymen and other house improvement professionals, and we got significantly over what we were hoping to get.
